How does Aurelia source its listings?

The majority of our portfolio is sourced privately, off-market. Roughly 40% of homes we represent are never publicly advertised. We rely on a network of architects, estate managers and trusted advisors built over twenty-five years.

What is the minimum property value you represent?

While we do not enforce a strict floor, the vast majority of our portfolio begins at $3M USD or equivalent. Our focus is on architectural and locational distinction, not price alone.

Do you handle international purchases?

Yes. We operate across 32 countries and routinely coordinate cross-border transactions including legal, tax structuring, currency, and relocation logistics through our partner network.

How does the buyer advisory process work?

A senior advisor is assigned to you personally. After an initial confidential brief, we present a curated short-list — typically 5–8 properties — followed by private viewings, due diligence and negotiation entirely on your behalf.

Is my enquiry confidential?

Absolutely. Discretion is the foundation of our practice. All communications, viewings and transactions are handled under strict confidentiality, with NDAs available on request.
